Andrew Beacham Awards

Creating a better future

Rugby BUCS Winners
AB 2

The Andrew Beacham Awards give aspiring, talented rugby players from South Africa and Zimbabwe the financial support to follow their dreams by providing annual tuition fee reductions.

The awards were established in 2022 to honour the memory of Andrew Beacham. Andrew enlisted numerous students to Hartpury College and Hartpury University, many of whom went on to excel as part of Hartpury’s Rugby Academy and even further in their rugby careers.

This annual award has been set up as a way to honour and recognise Andrew’s love of sport, passion for nurturing new talent and giving young people an opportunity to develop as athletes whilst gaining an education, setting them up for future success.

There are three £1,500 tuition fee discounts available as part of the awards, applicable for each year of degree study at Hartpury University.
