If you wish to pay by invoice, you will need to contact us by 28 days before the course start date. Payment of the invoice will need to be received by 14 days before the course start date to secure the place.

All course fees must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the first day of the course. If we have not received full payment of course fees your place on the course cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to cancel your course, Hartpury College will refund tuition fees at the following rates:
*an administrative fee of £50 will be deducted from the refund value.
If Hartpury postpones or cancels the course and is unable to provide an alternative date(s) any tuition fees will be refunded in full.
