Over the coming months, we'll send you a series of three useful Coming to Hartpury guides containing full details about joining us. Here's a first look at what's to come.
If you're an international student, you'll receive an additional Passport to Hartpury booklet with Your Enrolment Pack. This contains additional details about travelling to and living in the UK.
Your essential guide contains information on booking transport, applying for accommodation and/or livery, joining a Sports Academy, applying for a bursary, student support, a timeline of the year and what happens when, as well as details for international students.
Inside, you'll discover exciting trips, visits abroad, placements, and volunteering, as well as opportunities to gain and evidence your skills through your Hartpury College Certificate. You'll also find out how we'll support you every step of the way.
It contains important details about joining us, including your enrolment date and time, forms to complete, documents to prepare, payments to make, what to do when you get your exam results, move-in details, term dates, and any kit and/or equipment to buy.

Membership costs £140* for the year and includes AoC (Association of Colleges) competition entry fees, transport to fixtures and training where required, and access to kit, equipment, and facilities for training with qualified coaches.

If you want to live on our beautiful campus and join a ready-made community in a secure and vibrant environment, you may be able to. Visit our accommodation page to discover our on-site accommodation options.
Accommodation is not included with your academic offer, so you'll need to apply when booking opens. Demand is high and accommodation is limited, so we allocate based on priority groups.
If you're not a British or Irish citizen, it's very likely you'll require a visa to study in the UK. You can start applying for your Student visa, six months before your start date at Hartpury in September 2024.
This will give you plenty of time to get your visa approved, providing you meet the eligibility criteria. Our International team are visa experts and will be hosting a virtual webinar in March to talk you through the visa application process.
You’ll receive Your Enrolment Pack in June 2024 in the post and via email. Packed with important information about coming to Hartpury, it includes your enrolment date, what to bring, and details on what to expect from the day. It also contains your kit list, essential forms to fill in, payments to make, what to do when you get your GCSE results, and information on accommodation and moving in.
If you're an international student, you'll also receive a bespoke Passport to Hartpury guide with information about traveling to and joining us in the UK. It contains advice on booking flights, what to bring, arriving at Hartpury, settling in, and more.

We'll be in touch to let you know what to do with your GCSE results – in Your Enrolment Pack (arriving in June 2024) and via email.
You'll have received Your Enrolment Pack in June 2024 (by post and email) with all the information you need about your enrolment. If you haven't received a copy, please email our Admissions team.
In August 2024, we'll send you a reminder email to make sure you're prepared for your Hartpury College enrolment.*
